Front desk was very friendly and accommodating , friendly staff however some staff was not good at giving directions. So we were unable to get a full experience of the Amenities . Overall loved the property . And the view of the upgraded rooms we got family enjoyed our stay.

The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa, Part of Destination Hotel by Hyatt
Love that this hotel is dog-friendly, just wish pets were also allowed around the property- at the restaurants and pool. Otherwise it is a great hotel with great amenities and friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

Lakehouse Resort
Loved the location and the atmosphere. The girls at the Spinnaker were rude. I’m sorry it’s 9 am and I just wanted a coffee. Literally ordered a iced latte and a coffee. Never was I offered any creamer or sugar and when I asked she just took out a carton of half & half and put it on the counter. ...
