There was nothing unique about the property, the service was cheap. I paid $185 in cash on check in, which I thought was ridiculous but it was a last minute trip and the other place I wanted to stay was not available and I had a 2020 voucher for this place. they had no blankets and one set of sheets for the beds, plastic was covering the mattress. I would think putting a mattress cover over the plastic if the intention is to protect the mattress. There was no hot water for over 12hrs, the towels and wash cloths were old and I did not use them. The housekeeper told us they provide towels and wash cloths but its recommended we bring our own. Prior to checking in it states towels were provided. I had my own towels thankfully. The dish soap that was provided was all watered down.

I really liked that it was very comfortable/affordable and the property met my expectations. It was cozy and most importantly, clean. We spent 3 quiet nights. Well two quiet nights, we went to Oceans 11 Karaoke one of the night. That place is worth checking out.

Nice villa and very quiet neighborhood. Ms Powell was very easy to deal with and she also know Ocho Rios very well. She recommend a very small beach next to the property which was a goo 2 minute slow drive on unpaved road. OGM! It was a nice little private beach.

Clean and new villa. We had a very quiet room at the back of the property away from the gate and traffic. Pool was very clean and refreshing but it was closer to the front. Really appreciated the manager arranging taxi service for us. We arrived very late 11:45 pm on a Sunday. The manage communicated well and we prompt. Nice king bed in the master bedroom and nice kitchen. Highly recommend.

Don't make the mistake of thinking you can just walk on to the property the way we did. They are private villas. To the manager's credit they showed us where they called, text and whatsapp us many times over a 72 hour period prior to our check-in. We were at fault for ignoring all their communication. So we had a little rough start but the place is amazing. The manage was very understanding and provided good service. Highly recommended.

The villa was as pictured and checking in was easy. We showed up hours before check-in time and without calling yet they accommodated us quickly. The location is desirable, since it was close to a lot of things (the city and attractions mainly). My biggest issue was that the compound is not really small. There can be a little walk to the pool and to the gate. That said it is an extremely safe compound and the guards are friendly but ever present. Comfort comfort comfort, our villa had all the amenities of home and I really think we got a steal. I will revisit this villa in the future.

The operators and manager were very welcoming. They arranged for us to be picked up from the airport and they arranged for us to be taken around at a reasonable cost. Nothing we requested was a bother. They even arranged for us to visit the legal ganja dispensary because my father was curious and wanted to take photos (no we do not smoke). Not that we have anything against it but my old man just wanted photos. Set aside 5 minutes on arrival because there is a bit to know like how to turn on some appliance and access the pool etc. The villa and the staff is great and worthy of a recommendation.

The community is extremely quite and close to Ocho Rios. Picking us up from the airport is appreciated, as well as arranging transport for you. I would recommend stay at this place because it is very clean, quite and safe. The attractions were no more than 5 minutes drive and couple of places that are in walking distance. Scotchies Jerk Center was a decent walk but the food was good. We will be back for Easter 2020.

Very nice villa. I rented both the two and three bedroom villas for my sisters wedding. The guards walk the roads in the compound at nights every 30 minutes thought it is a huge gated compound. Very safe. A+

This was a relatively new cottage in a private community away from the local and tourist throngs. Interior was nicely decorated with plenty of basics to use once you filled the fridge and cabinets. (Instant coffee / tea for free. Everything else is on you.) You'll need a car or taxi to go anywhere. Expect at least $10 taxi ride to a grocer. Check in experience was terrible. Called and left messages without a returned call or message. (No email contact available to them - only vmail.) Then told by the owner he's been desperately trying to get a hold of me for days and left a last ditch message via Expedia (which was while we were airborne). Eventually got coordinated and property manager showed up to let us in.

The house is newer with a modern decor inside and out. Great house, but far away from anything, especially food. I chose it to live like the locals, and rented a car, but that was a mistake. Driving is an extreme sport in jamaica!

The property was pleasing on first inspection however cupboard and storage space in the twin bedroom could have been better thought out. When first viewing the property on line I was under the impression that the pool was right next to our property and it was quite a walk away.

We read the prior reviews that said this place was minutes away from everything and made the mistake of thinking it meant you would walk to everything and that was not the case. When we arrived we were a little let down because it was a villa in a rather large gated development. It is beautiful and there are guards so it is pretty safe. We were not so pleasant with the manager. We actually accused her of false advertisement. She patiently show us the advertised listing and we admitted we were wrong because they have not control over reviews. She called up a few drivers and arranged for us to get around town and helped us to identify some local beaches and attraction we would possible be interested in. She explained that we would not want to stay in the town were we could walk to everything unless we were shelling on $400 a night at a high-end beach front hotel. After visiting the town I could not agree more. The villa is exactly as seen and the town was only 5 minutes away be taxi, with all the attractions along the way going into town. Knowing what to expect now, I would definitely do this again. These are very helpful people and they helped to make our visit to Ocho Rios special.
