「Basic last minute family room after our original property let us down. Fair price for what you got. Didn't like the strong smell of air freshener on the first night felt like it was an attempt to mask something as could have sworn we smelt cannabis around the landing etc the first night, gone the second night and we only stayed the two nights. 「Beautiful location and property very nice but can't believe there is no lift / elevator in the building.
Disappointing breakfast offering. Two breakfast buffet offerings advertised, continental £12.95 and hot £16.95 but on the first day there was no hot buffet. Hot food was ordered a la carte from the kitchen (plated) and price remained £16.95 regardless of what was ordered. Surely pricing should have been adjusted. Overall a very pleasant stay but if you're a senior or someone with disabilities...
