“This is the second time we've stayed in this house. It fit our needs and that is the reason we chose it again. Perfect location, nice and quiet and close to our venue. Our host was very nice and professional through the whole stay. We've enjoyed the layout of the house. It just worked for us.”

“Photos do not represent the property. Property is older and in worse condition than photos show. There was no pool table or game room in the house although photos showed such. Dock and decks were in poor condition. We had rented the house for a fishing trip and it was extremely difficult to back boats into the driveway due to location.”

“Classic City Cottage was the perfect home away from home for my visit to Athens. The home itself had everything I needed to be comfortable inside and out, and the neighborhood was lovely! I was close to campus, downtown, and everything else ai wanted to explore. Above all, the home was definitely a cozy place to relax! My hosts were absolutely amazing in terms of communicating and sharing insight into what I might enjoy around town while visiting. I hope to be back soon!”
