“First time in Arkansas, went for Eclipse with large group. Wonderful time, and close to miles & miles of off road trails throughout national forest.”

“The cabin was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a large family gathering for the eclipse. Everyone loved it. My sons and I all caught bass fly fishing in the ouachita river which is right in the back yard of this cabin.I can’t say enough good”

“We had an amazing time over spring break in Arkansas especially because the house had so much to offer. The pond was great to fish, paddle and explore. The rocks were cool to investigate and cows up front were always very entertaining especially during the thunderstorm! The hot tub was great for stargaze & long driveway was perfect for a workout and run. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you fancied to cook up! This was a great home to share with family and……

“We had a great time at Cabin 9, Gone Fishing! The cabin was clean and comfortably furnished with everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub and great view from the back deck, kayaking and playing in the river, the hiking trails, and seeing the horses on the property. The staff were all very friendly and made our stay even better. Would love to return again! Highly recommend.”

“Very peaceful and beautiful location. The lake was wonderful, and we enjoyed the kayaks. There were lots of birds, even a piliated woodpecker. There is plenty of space.”

“The house was pretty good. The appliances leave something to be desired. The refrigerator shelf in the door is broken and the middle shelf in the fridge falls. When you buy groceries for 8 people, you need all the room in the fridge. The microwave overheats and shuts down if it runs long, and the can opener (manual) is useless. It needs to be replaced. Also, the upstairs gets a little warm but that’s a two story house and is to be expected. All that said. It was still a GREAT place. The property……

“We were here with friends to see the eclipse. Beautiful natural setting to see this beautiful natural occurrence. The balcony view overlooking the Ouachita River is as good or better than the pictures. Lovely and spacious interior. Room to park two vehicles in the garage. The pool table downstairs is a bit worn and in a tight space, but still usable. This was a great place to stay away from it all out in the hills of western Arkansas.”
