“首先所屬地區不是十分安全, 晚上有很多流連街上的街童集結嘈吵。酒店服務人員冷淡, 預訂時所指的加床, 原來就是拿被子大套放客廳沙發, 這樣就收取AUD40元一天, 這種加床服務我真是第一次聽到。最令人失望的是 ： 一個連鎖服務性行業集團, 竟然週日及聖誕節無House Keeping服務, 聖誕節25與26日兩天, 連前台也只是09:00~17:00提供服務, 只留了個急緊聯絡電話。萬一住客發生什麼意外, 那真是聽天由命了！整體來說它跟本不能說是一家酒店, 頂多是民宿！可服務連民宿都不如！”

Cars can be parked in the basement parking lot, which is very convenient. Only the hygiene of the room is not good. It is clean on the surface, but when you open the felt, there are food crumbs. “Great place to stay with a pet. Enclosed courtyard perfect. Beach just around the corner. Transport opposite. Shops and restaurants very close by. The shower is amazing. We had a lovely stay.”
