Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable 」

「We were extremely disappointed in the restaurant. We saw now staff and several tables not cleaned off. A couple that were leaving told us the service was terrible and the food was not good. So, we went to the coffee shop. I hope the restaurant issues can be improved. We used to love going there!!!!! The hotel is wonderful, aside from that!!!」

「Breakfast was just ok. Not much variety. Room was ok as far as cleanliness. Bathroom tub was poor. It was so slick I could not bathe. And the bottom was rusty and had some kind of dirty glue residue? Did not use pool. The staff attendant was very helpful Saturday night when I checked in. The room did not have an item I had specifically called and asked for but when we arrived no such item. He upgraded to a room with item.」

「They welcomed me and my dog with smiles and a clean fresh lobby. The staff explained the amenities and what was in the area. Our room was clean, well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this lovely hotel to all who travel in the area!」
