Availability July 2024 !! Perched high on Dover Bluff, overlooking the crashing surf and beach activities below, this beautiful oceanfront home awaits! Watch the surfers from your living room and enjoy endless sunsets with 270 degree views of the Atlantic horizon and the Isles of Shoals. The Master Bedroom enjoys the most epic view of all, with the oversized windows perfectly framing a truly impressive ocean vista! This home features gas fireplace and a total of 3 en suites. This is a house that embraces family life as well as gracious entertaining or is just perfect for finding that relaxation you desire. Quality finishes combined with a superior location highlighted by an easy 5 minutes walk to Long Sand beach and a short stroll to Short Sand beach. Famous Nubble Light House is located at the peninsula point. With restaurants, entertainments, arcades, well known zoo and attractions of York plus an hour drive to Boston, this is the unique vacation you have been waiting for!

Wonderful getaway

Another wonderful stay
This is our 3rd year staying at this property. The accommodations and location are great and the view is spectacular. It is a very short walk to either short sands or long sands beaches Or you can just stay at the house and enjoy the sweeping beautiful views of the ocean and log sands beach. The house is up to date and very clean with plenty of room for a large family group. We will certainly be back in the future.

Spectacular
Last week, we were fortunate to stay in this beautiful home for what turned out to be our most peaceful February vacation ever. We have traveled to Maine many times and have always had wonderful vacations but never in a setting as spectacular as this. Being here in the off season, you can fully enjoy the beauty of the ocean views (from every window) without the traffic and crowds in the way. We have such busy schedules, and this home allowed us chance to relax and spend such a wonderful time with our children. Lots of puzzles, monopoly games, walks on the beach, beautiful sunsets and day trips to Kittery and York (which were so close by!). It was very hard to leave. The hosts were fabulous. They reached out prior to our vacation and gave us all the information/details we needed for the trip. They answered our questions right away. Very easy check in- the house was spotless, had everything we needed (and more)-absolute perfection! We are already planning to come back next year!

Girls Weekend
Let me begin by stating that Olivia is amazing. We had women journeying from a variety of locations and she provided us with additional parking for all our vehicles. She was not only on top of everything but also had a great sense of humor which I loved! The house was incredible and the view was spectacular! We all gathered to celebrate friendship and spent many hours in front of the fire talking and catching up. I recommend it highly for any group of women looking to do the same in the future. We can't wait to come back next year and we will! Thank you for an amazing stay! Jen

Stunning property!
This property is absolutely amazing. The views from every window is breathtaking! The house was very clean, great amenities, super comfortable beds. The layout was perfect for 6 adults. Room for everyone! The beach is a short distance from the house. A very easy walk. It’s also clean and very family friendly. The location was ideal. I highly recommend this property.
