"Room was clean. Arrived late and the instructions were left for me. I could not see the beach from my room. There was a nice balcony. Very affordable."

"Great location right on York Beach. Rooms are accessible from the car park if you are on the ground floor. Room is very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom a tad on the small side but shower was good. I would definitely stay here again no hesitation."

"Wonderful view of ocean with Nubble Light House in the distance which made for an amazing sunrise from the second floor. Room clean, bright and comfortable not much room for moving around. Bathroom clean with bare necessities, needs shelving for personal products, glad I had a hanging bathroom organizer. Heater worked very well. Nice location for walking full length of beach. Unfortunately pool under maintenance, very disappointing not to know this ahead of time. Complimentary coffee only. Check bathroom supplies and ask for what you might need right away as desk not always staffed. I guess I’d stay again but also would be open to looking elsewhere."

"If you were booking in the main house, I would recommend staying on the top floor. The second floor gets noise from the restaurant below as well as footsteps from the rooms above you. When we were there, I swear someone was tap dancing on the third floor at 4 AM."

"This little gem was EXACTLY what my friend and I needed for a night away. It was in an unbelievable spot, incredibly clean, and so cozy. I fell asleep to the sound of the waves and woke up to them with a breathtaking view as we ate our breakfast. There were personal touches all over the place. From the fan in the bedroom to the speaker system, this adorable get away did not disappoint!"
