「Looks great online, sad to see a beautiful place in a state of such disrepair and neglected in such a way. Felt haunted.」

「Receptionist manner could be better. Not feeling welcome at all! Especially in a tourist town. Other than that hotel is good, nice and clean. There’s a free private grotto hot pool, make sure you reserve a time for it. Good view, clean and spacious!」

「You can definitely see the grandeur of the past - but property is in need of renovation. Good food and service, welcoming reception - but when you get in the room, you feel a bit disappointed. Understandable, the renovation of the resort will come with a price - but it needs one. Having single glazed windows and no heat pump in Winter is mediocre, to say politely. Surely it is a good place in warm season, with perfect location and amenities. Overall pretty good place, but requires work.」

「It's a lovely place to stay at, we can even walk to the lake in 2 mins. If we are lucky enough, we can look at the stars at night. The room's very clean, the kitchen is very tidy and tools are clean. The staff we met is very lovely and helpful. The only thing we seems not so clean is the backyard of our room, maybe there wasn't too much people using / went to it, some spider webs were seen at the chairs.」

「Room 1 was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The heater worked well, and the bed was very comfortable. My only suggestions for improvement would be to provide extra blankets and electric blankets during the colder weather and to include tea towels for drying the dishes. Overall, I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay.」
