"Bathroom door was a sliding door with cracks all around. Could see light very easily and hear everything going on in there. Temperature control was terrible. Wouldn’t go below 68 degrees. "

"I was there for one night. The room was pretty quiet. The only minor irritation was that both when I checked in and checked out, the staff was somewhere else. It was understandable that only one person was working in the evening when I checked in, but more surprising in the morning when I checked out (unless someone had additional duties elsewhere.)"

"As always my husband and I enjoyed our stay at The Brown Hotel. The restaurants were amazing. The staff were sweet as apple pie and it always smells like home when I walk in those doors. We will be back again in 5 months with our son and we can't wait to see you all again. "

"Clean room somewhat updated bed was very comfy. Buffets breakfast was great. Just needed more drinks and snacks in the convenience store. Also the lobby was very small. "

"The room I was initially put in had a leaking faucet and broken lamp, but the desk staff addressed this problem immediately by putting me in another room. Location is excellent, and the Art Deco decor of the lower floors is beautiful. "

"Property was clean and so beautifully appointed. Front desk clerk Elena(sp?) was very helpful providing recommendations for local attractions and eating. Our beds were very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and lots of room to put toiletries. Overall great stay. "
