"Every staff was excellent. We were relaxed at the waiting room."

"Great staff, good communication, quick airport pickup and drop off, good food and drinks available onsite, comfortable bed and air conditioning. Unfortunately the plumbing in my bathroom sink and shower was bad. I couldnt get the hot water in the shower to work and it was too early in the morning to get help. And the sweet kitties on the property yowling at night and the planes overhead made for difficult sleeping. Positives and negatives. Great price, though."

"The Rivera is in a working class neighborhood close to the airport. It is reasonably priced and the staff were very hospitable. There are shops and a pub nearby. "

"The front desk said they gave me a suite. Stairs to get into the room and once in the room another set of stairs to the bed. The couch had many stains so we didn’t use it. The price was mid range the room was very low range. Staff was excellent and so was the breakfast. "

"The staff was really nice. But that’s all I can say. The room was tiny. We got eaten alive by mosquitos because the window wouldn’t close fully and we constantly smelled fire which drove me nuts seeing no smoke detectors anywhere. You know the room is full of asbestos by looking at the ceiling. The shower was less than desirable. I actually had no problems with the noisy street or airplanes. I don’t sleep at all. Again super nice staff but bah. "

"Clean room. Airport shuttle worked great, was waiting for us on time (and we had to be transported in the middle of the night for a very early flight). Nice staff and nice restaurant right next door. "
