“Three generations (about to be 4) at Bahama Breeze, oldest being 80 and youngest being 22. Grandchildren from 22 - 27. (some with spouses). Great house inside and out. Practically lived in the backyard with pool, ping pong, hot tub, pool table and grill. Great activities for all with short walk to the beach where we rented chairs and umbrellas. “This was the perfect house in the perfect neighborhood. Property manager was very responsive with any questions or concerns we had. This house was a great price compared to other houses in the same neighborhood! I loved that the pool was so private and the golf cart made it so much easier to get around. ”

“Brad was extremely helpful and couldn’t recommend staying there enough. The waterfront property was beautiful, took a water taxi over to the boardwalk and for dinner, stand up paddle boards with property were great! Outside shower was helpful to rinse off sand and access to private beach was fantastic. Pet friendly and the dog loved it as well! Will definitely be seeking to book again, perfect place. ”

“Beautiful home in the PERFECT location! Couldn't ask for anything more for a beach vacation. The house was so well organized and stocked with everything you need to cook for your family. The 3 decks are awesome with sturdy beautiful furniture to enjoy the days and nights directly on the beach!! We had 3 generations staying there and a baby gender reveal photo session. “They had everything we needed. The place was clean and very nice”

“Our group of 8 family members stayed at the Pink Palace and we couldn’t have loved it more. The all things pink theme was so fun and it was very well appointed, spacious and comfortable for all. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the rental and that beach towels and chairs are provided. Access to the beach is perfect and we loved how the property is located within a gated neighborhood, which felt safe and tucked away. Highly recommend!”

“We have a family of 11 soon to be 12. We loved that the house is very close to the pool and the ocean. Both things were very important to us because the kids could go to the beach or pool without a long walk. Also it is located in a spot that is close to grocery stores restaurants etc. We did not realize that we could not put up our tents until we got there. We did have an added expense of renting umbrellas. I will say that one day we decided to go to the public beach and take our tents and……

“Everything was better than expected. There were a few minor problems. The water heater kept turning off. We had to relight the pilot light several times, the outside grill propane was low and well I can’t remember the third item. However I called them into the maintenance folks and they were very gracious and professional. I would happily stay there again. ”
