「We had a wonderful stay here on our spring break trip. The unit was very clean and had been updated recently. The owner made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay and checked in periodically via email. 」

「We had a great overall stay at this Destin condo! The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. While there were a few minor maintenance issues, like the ice maker (which we were informed about in advance), and some trouble with the disposal and microwave, the management team was very responsive. They quickly fixed the disposal and even sent a new countertop microwave, which we appreciated even though we didn’t end up using it.There was plenty of parking...

Never waited on an elevator. Hot tubs and huge walk-in showers in each bedroom. Boat shuttle to beach makes you feel...

「We couldn't of asked for a better vacation. The condo was exactly as advertised. The activities were fantastic. We really enjoyed the fireworks, we could see them from the balcony and rhe music. We saw several pods of dolphins on the Southern star. We loved the beach, the beautiful water and awesome sunsets. We hope to get to come back on a future vacation and would recommend this condo. 「Some reviews of others gave us some reservation of the place. My wife even asked me to buy bed bug spray before heading to FL. We would like to thank the owner for honoring the initial low asking price saving us some money from the last-minute rental. We were very glad we rent the unit instead of a hotel room. Certainly, the resort is not a 4*. So, we don't expect as such. It is better than 2* hotel. The check-in was quick. The unit is quite spacious. There are two large queen-size beds compared...
