Very nice hotel. Room was comfortable. The shower and tub was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing. Absolutly amazing. I want to stay here again just to eat breakfast here...
This hotel is conveniently located minutes away from the monorail and bus stations. It is a short walk to Kokusai Dori where there is abundant shopping and eating establishments. Our room was small but clean, and housekeeping service was excellent. I would recommend this hotel.
Staff was nice, service was good. Location is excellent, We did not have breakfast. The room was ok, as we booked, but virtually no place for clothing and such. No hooks, shelves etc.
Very nice hotel located right in the center of Naha. Conveniently located off the main road, walkable distance to a variety of restaurants and the metro station. Parking was a bit difficult to find at first, but after that everything was very smooth.
The DoubleTree Hilton is located right next to the monorail for easy access to Naha. I could not fault the staff - - the service was exceptional. We stayed during New Year - - peak season - - could not complain. The rooms are not modern; however, we stayed in a King Suite standard, bed was comfortable, shower hot and a coffee machine is all we needed for a good night rest.
The staff were very helpful and approachable. The room was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent and lots to choose from. However, there was no room service and the restaurant was closed for lunch and dinner. So we had to hunt down local vendors to find food for dinner. Very close to the monorail 1 minute walk and only a few stops to the airport.

Very good for transport links. Quiet hotel, terrible air conditioning. Rooms are extremly hot. I woke up with a very swollen face every day due to the air con.
Great location. Everything was fine except every single day the breakfast options arev the EXACT same which would get annoying if you're staying >3 days, also the room cleaning was subpar. They didn't replace towels, didn't change dirty cups and they didn't refill the shower gel.

Great location right next to the monorail and 10 mins to Naha airport and close enough to the shopping belt. However that was kinda the only redeeming quality. Service staff experience was expected for the tier of hotel itâs advertised as. We had 2 rooms and one didnât have any water or amenities like toothbrush provided. Rooms are dated and to be honest quite dusty. They donât seem to dust anything thatâs covered. Sound proofing isnât great so light sleepers be aware. I had difficulty falling asleep with the road noise(sirens/motor racing noises).
