INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

This refined villa with direct beach access is set over two levels and features bright, functional interiors. On the ground floor, the living area with sea view opens onto the dining space and the separate, fully equipped kitchen. Outdoors, a large gazebo hosts a second kitchen with cooking facilities, ideal for open-air dining. A small annex with bunk beds and a service bathroom completes the ground floor.

The upper level houses the sleeping area, with two double bedrooms and a third bedroom with a French bed and a single bed, served by a bathroom with shower. A practical outdoor shower is available in the rear garden.



OUTDOOR SPACES

The spacious garden, bordering directly with the beach, makes this property an exceptional seafront villa in Sardinia. Guests benefit from four covered parking spaces, an outdoor kitchen, shaded areas and a sheltered dining space. Two direct accesses lead to the sand and to the beachfront pedestrian pathway.

Pittulongu is one of the most loved beach destinations in Gallura, renowned for its clear sand, shallow waters and coastal landscape—perfect for a family holiday home. The property is a sought-after villa near Pittulongu Beach, located in a neighbourhood with restaurants, beach clubs, cafés, markets, bakeries and fishmongers all within walking distance.

Nearby beaches include Mare Rocce, Bados, Spiaggia Ira, Spiaggia dei Sassi and Marinella, as well as the scenic bays of Golfo Aranci such as Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina and Cala Moresca, home to a large resident dolphin group. The location is also extremely convenient for travellers arriving by air, with Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport just a short drive away.

A Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Location

We spent a week in this lovely house and had a fantastic time. While the interior is a bit dated, the location more than makes up for it. The house has a large garden that leads directly onto a beautiful sandy beach — just a few steps and you're there! The beach is clean, and the sea is crystal clear. There are several beachside restaurants within walking distance, which made dining out very easy and enjoyable. We truly had a wonderful time and would love to come back!
