「Parking was great, front desk guy was amazing, check in was fast!」

「I arrived late from a concert at Clemson and was told that I was considered a no-show, and my room was no longer available. Then told that they were full. However, the manager disappeared and told me to wait. Upon his return, he told me that he had put clean linens on the bed in a dirty room and I could sleep there. I was so tired that I couldn't drive anymore, so I went to that room and slept for 4 hours. And it was, indeed, dirty. So, I spent $200.00 to sleep in a dirty room for 4 hours...

「Beautiful rooms and views close to Biltmore estate. Food at azalea was good. Easy access from parking lot to rooms.」

「We checked in at 10:30 at night and left at 6:30am in the next morning. Check in was easy, room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable as well. 」

「Breakfast was only open until 9 am. I forgot to ask the time for breakfast and staff didn’t inform us so we missed it☹️」
