Come enjoy the New England shoreline at the charming Brodeur Cottages along Old Colony Beach, in Old Lyme, Connecticut. Located just half a block from the beach, these cottages provide cozy and relaxed accommodations within walking distance to all of the Old Lyme summertime family favorites. With this central and convenient location, family-oriented activities such as boating, fishing, kayaking, sandcastle building, and crabbing are just a step away.

Every unit features a full kitchen, full bath, plus additional outdoor hot water shower, an enclosed front porch with a family sized table.

Sleeping accommodations at the 64 North Unit include: 2 full beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 queen sleeper. This unit also has a washer & dryer.

This unit is pet-friendly. (dogs only, additional charge of $150 applies)

Great location - Lovely Beach
This was a cute cottage located a short walk to Old Lyme beach. We enjoyed our dinners on the lovely front porch. The landlord was personable, easy to communicate with and responsive to any issues we had. A great place for a summer vacation.

Great Time in Old Lyme
We very much enjoyed our vacation at Old Colony Beach. The Brodeur Family cottage was well equipped and clean. Water was clean and the beach well maintained. We used the back deck on 64N a lot because it was in the shape after 3 PM. People in this community are very friendly.

Perfect beach location.
Great beach cottage. Proximity to the beach is ideal. Beach is large, clean, family beach. The cottage is clean and comfortable with good amenities. Would like to rent again next year for several weeks.
