「Loved everything about it Except the room wasn’t that clean. There was chips on the floor. And it looked like the sheets were not changed. There is hair and sand in the bed. The room was very damp other than that they have a great little courtyard that you can use a grill. They have a great pool and then it is 60 second walk to the beach so that is very highly convenient so love everything about it except for our room the best」

「Absolutely perfect for our short honeymoon! The room had everything we needed: a mini fridge, microwave, TV, AC, and a comfortable bed. The location is ideal—just cross the street for beach access, and from there, it’s less than a mile's walk along the shore to the Old Orchard Beach Pier. ​Our room was kept clean and tidy between days, and they even have grills available if you want to cook. Missy was awesome! We loved our stay in Room 11 and will definitely be back for our one-year anniversary.」
