「This is easily the worst hotel room I have lived in. The room was not cleaned properly, there was trash from the last guest left in the room in both the room trash can and toilet trash can. Managed to find 2 different types of bugs in the room. The free bottle of water smelled bad and had dust on the lid. The mattress wasn't even flat/broken where me and my partner slept. The room itself looked nice and the staff were really helpful. The only saving grace was the self service laundry across the...

「The location is great , close to most of the sightseeing spots, but in a quiet location! Also, this hotel itself is full of beautiful history for you to explore! All the staffs are friendly and helpful, especially, the girl in the front desk, Marianne , who help me to book all the great restaurants during my stay! 」

Very easy access codes for entry and excellent communication throughout our booking and stay. The building itself is located in a super cool neighborhood with restaurants, cafes, museums, city plazas and parks within minutes of the front entrance. We could not have asked for a better experience!」

「Sehr gutes Hotel mit außerordentlich gutem Personal, welches sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Gute zentrale Lage mit allen Möglichkeiten in der Nähe. Es kann am Wochenende etwas lauter werden draußen, aber das Hotel stellt mehrere Ohrstöppsel bereit. Sehr sauber. Hier und da kann die Ausstattung vl. etwas altmodisch wirken. War aber kein Problem. Sehr zu empfehlen.」
