This has been our favorite hotel for years, however, we’re disappointed with our stay this time. Our bathroom was not clean, the front desk staff seemed indifferent, and the valet never checked in our car making it difficult to find.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott East Lansing University Area
The pool was down for maintenance and there was a train that goes by in the middle of the night. The front desk offered ear plugs for the train. Way overpriced to not have a working pool. Would not recommend.

We just returned from staying at this hotel and we loved it. The hotel is very modern and chic and very clean. The hotel was very crowded but oddly enough, we never heard a peep when in our room.
