「Lovely hotel. Great staff eager to answer our questions and accommodate our needs. A suggestion for improvement: Let the two tables at the pool area next to the dining area be non-smoking. All the smoke from the cigarettes were bothering the non smokers in inside.」

「Free shuttle to airport and IKEA nearby. We changed our plant schedule due to the bad weather but Avalon let us early check-in which is great helpful to regain our strength!」

「The hotel and their staff are wonderful. The hotel is clean and modern and the room was HUGE with a wonderful view including water. Staff were lovely at the front desk and exceptionally efficient as well. The entire hotel smells amazing, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and it’s very cutesy. There are a few reasons it could be a 4 star. The beds aren’t that comfy, we needed to arrange AC w the front desk (but they did it remotely!), and the staff at the attached restaurant...

「This is a stunning hotel, the staff make it be so good. Nothing is ever an issue, even when I had a couple of minor little issues, they got rectified straight away. Everywhere was nice and clean and fresh looking. The breakfast itself was lovely, a good selection, but would have been nice if it was a bit more varied each day, but what was on offer was well cooked.
