"We arrived late in the evening and required parking, all sorted very quickly. Staff great, hotel was a lovely quirky old building in a beautiful part of the town centre. Beds very comfortable. Would have liked a kettle in the room. Breakfast simple but great, just what we needed before a long drive."

Very helpful lovely staff. I would highly recommend this hotel in a lovely quiet part of Troyes but all easy walking distance. Perfect"

"I made a reservation for a family room seven months in advance as this was our forth visit to this hotel. I checked in online and there was no change to our booking. Upon arrival we were told that there had been a technical issue and our family room wasn’t available???? There was no apology or further explanation we were just put in two separate rooms which obviously wasn’t what we booked! Or how we wished it to be! We are more than disappointed and doubtful we will return again. "

"The apartment is in a fantastic location. And it was amazing staying in such an old building. The apartment is clean and well equipped. I found the outer gate difficult to unlock but the host came and helped. We enjoyed our stay here."

"Room comfortable, although the steps down to the bathroom were a poor design. Location excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Was able to park out front (low season). Dining was limited to eating in the bar; would have preferred full restaurant. I would definitely stay here again."
