「One of the best hotels I've been too! The staff were so incredibly nice and welcoming!」

「There was absolutely nothing in the room to read. I had to call front desk to find out how to get internet and how to control heat. There were no menus so I don't know if room service was available or not. I couldn't tell whether the coffeemaker was free to use. Too few towel racks for wet towels. No water glasses by sink. It seemed to me that there was little attention to customer once one was in the $200 room.」

When we checked out, she had checked us in, she remembered we were here for our daughter’s surgery and recovery and asked about her. Those personal touches really make a place stand out.」

「The property is 1 of the closest hotels to the intrust bank arena for concerts and events. Easy walking distance to arena and to some fast food restaurants. The hotel is in poor condition when it comes to appearances, maintaining the furniture and the walls/ceilings. I will pick a different hotel my next concert.」
