「I was quite impressed with the Calgary Marriot Downtown Hotel. Getting to the hotel was quite easy. I used the valet parking, this was very convenient. Once in the hotel the staff at the reception desk were fantastic. They were very helpful when we needed extra blankets and a microwave. The service was spot on. We requested an extra blanket and a microwave at the reception, by the time we got to our room both items were there. There is a Milstones restaurant on site as well as a Starbucks. ...

「Staff was very helpful, especially the evening staff. The accessibility of the "accessible room" is questionable. The toliet grab bar is not angled, the shower is not a roll-in shower, the shower bench offered was not a transfer bench so a wheelchair person can't use it, our wheelchair person had no bathing facilities for our stay. The bed was too high to safely transfer themselves on and off, so our wheelchair person slept sitting up in the arm chair. Other than finding the accessible options...
