"Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It Smelled like Urine, tv and remote did not work, the carpet floor was moist and smelled. Everything was dingy and outdated. The AC didn’t work well. They didn’t even put hand soap at the sink where you wash your hands and put a water bottle in the kitchen but wrapped a $5 price tag around it. I will NEVER stay here again. I spent over $200 for this room. Ridiculous !"

"This is our go-to place whenever we're in Springfield. We stay here regularly and have always had a great experience. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and wellmaintained, which makes every stay enjoyable. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the pool area is especially nice...it's always clean and provides a relaxing place to unwind. What really stands out is the staff. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they go above and beyond to make guests feel valued. We always appreciate being greeted by our last name when we walk in, which adds a personal touch and makes us feel right at home. The excellent service and attention to detail keep us coming back every time we're in the area."

"The hotel is old and was pretty clean. There was no place to gather with your party to visit. The breakfast food itself was ok but the area was so small with limited seating. Check-in was 3pm or after my room was not ready at 3:30. I did find out I had inadvertently booked a handicap room so when I told them I didn’t need that they gave me a room on the third floor that was ready. The pool area was very small and so hot. We opened some screened windows and an exit door to get the air moving. Rooms and bathrooms were old and small but clean. There were ice machines on floor 2 and 4 but one didn’t work. Overall it was clean and served the purpose but $175.00+ was too high for what you got."

"Room smelt horrible of smoke asked for another room. They said that we didn’t have any went down to desk said we’re leaving then they miraculously came up with another room available. It smelt better but it was not very clean. It had dead bugs platter on the walls and the hallway smelt like weed so bad."

"The staff members were very friendly and the parking was free. The breakfast was pretty small and bland with limited options. Room was nice and clean with working a/c thank goodness. However the bed was way too firm and akin to sleeping on a stack of plywood covered with sheets. A pretty bad storm with torrential rain came through and our room started leaking from the a/c unit and we saw towels in front of the Electrical Room door which was a little disconcerting. The hotel is next to the really busy highway so it was a bit noisy. On the upside the hotel is next to a grocery store in case you need to pick up some amenities/drinks/snacks. We probably won't stay here again, though, unless this property gets fixed/updated."
