Recreação: pessoal era legal, porém não podia deixar as crianças, tínhamos que acompanhar e poucas atividades. A comida quase que estado de insalubridade, talhares e pratos sujos, o buffet sempre sujo com comida revirada, toalhas das mesas sujas e tampo da mesa solta. Primeiro dia, uma fila inacabável na janta, com pessoas falando em cima do buffet. Lugar sujo. Cama daquelas com colchão bem surrado e molas que o outro sente mexer.

Hotel realmente precisa de manutenção. A piscina infantil cheia de produto, estragou as roupas de banho das minhas filhas. Venderam a diária com café da manhã, porém tinha que deslocar para outro local. Café ruim, todos osndias exatamente as mesmas coisas, nada demais, local era totalmente improvisado, toalhas de mesa sujas. Recreação infantil fraca, começa após às 14:30. A noite, não tem o que fazer no hotel. As piscinas fecham, não tem uma área de lazer que dê pra ficar.

A piscina e o acesso ao Thermas com certeza são os pontos altos e o que nos fizeram voltar. Mas as instalações são velhas e precisam de manutenção. Os elevadores estão descascando e as paredes precisam de pintura.

A acomodação superou as expectativas. Muito confortável e espaço. O estacionamento é grande, porém nenhum tem cobertura, chuva e sol será um problema. O café da manhã não estava disponível dentro do hotel, tivemos que pegar uma van, apesar da rapidez, queixa da comodidade ter que sair do hot para tomar café ( acho que estava em reforma o restaurante, não sei ao certo).

Infelizmente, nossa experiência no hotel não foi das melhores. Nao foi feita a limpeza do quarto durante 3 dias de 4 dias que meus pais ficaram hospedados. Além disso, no momento da reserva, não fomos informados de que precisaríamos utilizar uma van para nos deslocarmos até restaurantes na cidade para o café da manhã e o jantar. Isso foi um grande problema, pois estávamos com pessoas idosas que possuem dificuldades de locomoção. A informação sobre a mudança na administração do restaurante do hotel deveria ter sido comunicada com antecedência, para que pudéssemos nos planejar melhor. O hotel poderia ter mais transparência nessas questões para evitar transtornos aos hóspedes.

1 Km de distância entre hotel e restaurante

Café da manhã ficava há 1 quilômetro de distância do hotel. Levava cerca de 10 minutos o deslocamento de carro para ir, mais 10 para voltar, isso exigia que acordássemos mais cedo para essa locomoção. De van do hotel levava mais tempo, decepcionante. Na estrutura do hotel existe espaço para restaurantes, mas não servem café de manhã lá.
