positivo: Everything is according to description. A benefit is a short distance to a beach. Shopping in the Oliva (Lidl) and Gandia. You have everything you may need. It is clean accommodation. We were happy there. negativo: Well, an air-condition is necessary, because there is really hot. A street car parking is almost full.
