“Billi has thought of everything! This was a perfect place to stay for game day weekend! A couple of moms took our girls to the LSU vs Ole Miss Basketball game. The girls stayed upstairs blaring Taylor Swift as us moms relaxed downstairs. We really enjoyed the full bathrooms in each bedroom. We will definitely stay here again.”

“This place was a private haven in the middle of Memphis! The entire property has a privacy fence with gate which definitely makes you feel safe and secure! We absolutely LOVED the Viking kitchen stove since we cook quite often, and the large shower was wonderful and luxurious! The beds were quite comfortable, and the customer assistance from Julia was great! She was available for helping answer questions, help us get into the property gate, etc. she was very kind and prompt with her replies……

“Perfect location and great yard for dogs -house was comfy and very homey-had a great stay! Driveway was a little muddy from the rain and was hard to back out on to busy street and hard to turn around in driveway but we made it work.”

“This place photographs a bit better than it actually is, especially the bathroom. The bathroom needs a total renovation. I didn't even want to get in the tub. Backyard needs to be cleaned up and kept that way. In bedroom there is only one curtain panel per window rather than the 2 per window, a savings that makes the room look cheap. The living room and kitchenette were fine. The location is close to park and looks like the neighborhood is improving”

“Home was very clean and well kept. Nice kitchen and living area. Beds were ok. Only problem was the 4th bedroom is outside. It is part of the patio that has been enclosed. We had to leave the back door unlocked in case that person had to come in to use the bathroom at night. And you would get wet if it was raining. Host came over to help unlock everything when the first of our party got there and was very helpful! Would stay there again if we only needed 3 bedrooms.”

“The location of the house is not what was described. It's off a dirt road, with no lights or an address off the street. Its behind a large, heavy metal gate which is hard to pull by yourself to lock it up. The house is back behind two houses and the pictures show a brown house but it's white. The house was not clean. The floors were super sticky, mold in on the shower curtain, dead bugs behind the bed and the cabinets. The master bathroom shower went from hot to cold but nothing in between.……

“This house is very nicely set up and perfect for two couples or a couple with children. Two bedrooms downstairs and two up. House is very nicely furnished and everything that you need Location is close to Beale Street and Bass Pro and St Jude. The owner was extremely helpful with dinner and breakfast recommendations. My first trip to Memphis and loved music on Beale Street - will definitely come back and would definitely stay at this vrbo when we do M”
