「Everything was awesome. Caves were great, staff helpful and friendly: wish we had known the horse stables weren’t open this year as we were planning that. But other than that all was perfect. Cabin was large and roomy.」

「Check in took 20 minutes. Staff had no idea what they were doing. Three on duty. All appeared to be mentally disabled. Room was clean but chair was broken. Staff looked at it for 15 minutes. I finally said just give me a chair out of another room. The response was "Oh, that's a good idea." What we could get for b'fast was cold eggs, sausage, and potatoes. Bacon was gone. OJ was watery. No coffee pot in room. Extensive renovations were being done, so everything was dusty. No where near up to...

「One night stay after a long day at the lake with my daughter. Front desk associate was beyond helpful and very courteous & polite. Room was super clean, pool room was maintained and felt great. Overall experience was 12 out of 10.」
