Included breakfast makes the stay very easy to eat in the morning without having to do anything. Very nice and accommodating staff. In fact they saw me set up my office to work from home here, and they offered me a larger table to work from. Also the included water is a very nice amenity to have especially for long stays. The staff is also on top of everything and asks me about our breakfast order and notifies us of any deliveries usually before we ever ask. Another added bonus is the location. Everything we need from transportation, to grocery, and other stores are within easy walking distance. Great place to stay all around!

Convenient hotel casino and grocery store snack dining all in the same environment right in the same building you get off the elevator and you're in the casino get off the elevator you're in your hotel room you feel safe there cuz it's on the 4th floor clean that was nice table could use some improvement but functions and staff was kind enough to help me figure it out so yeah they get a flush or get outfit I would stay again thanks

The staff of YBC Grand Hotel is hospitable and accommodating. The area is secured with three different levels of protection, from the parking security guard to the main lobby. I felt safe when I stayed in this facility and convenient location. The space is spacious and clean.

What I found unique about YBC Grand Hotel is it's situated in the heart of Olongapo above a large grocery store and within walking distance from restaurants, eateries, SM Mall, & Victory Liner station. The staff were very courteous and quite helpful. The rooms were very clean and updated. There is an ATM machine by the entrance and there is also a security guard who would assist you with your luggage and help with directions. I highly recommend YBC Grand Hotel and would stay there again. Louie F.

Room are spacious moderately clean the CR hallway are clean but you can hear the noise outside the hallway in your whatever the other guest are conversing or doing you can hear everything so if your sre sleeping you wil be disrupted hope they do something about it

An Honest Review

BACKGROUND The hotel is on the 4th floor of a commercial building. The 1st floor is a big supermarket. The 2nd & 3rd floors belong to a casino and online gambling company. THE GOOD The supermarket makes it extremely convenient to buy food, snacks and toiletries. The location of the hotel is heart of town, and it's easy to get to restaurants and malls. The staff are also VERY helpful and friendly. Due to the presence of the casino, there are a lot of guards, which makes the building safer, I reckon. THE BAD (it's a long list) 1. The walls of the hotel are paper thin. You can hear the THUM THUM THUM from the nearby discos on weekends. You can also hear anyone talking along the corridor. 2. The rooms have very few amenities. Soap? Yes. Shampoo? No. My room's cable TV wasn't working either. 3. The were roaches in my room. I killed at least 5. 4. The beds were creaky. 5. The pillows are too soft. 6. The basic rooms have no windows. 7. Breakfast is free, but very limited options. You have get rice, fried egg, and one meat of your choice. And that meat is either tosilog, longsilog, sausage, or corn beef. For beverage, it's water of a packet of Nescafe. CONCLUSION If you're a gambler, or an employee of the casino, or on a budget, this hotel would be an excellent choice. Otherwise, book elsewhere.

Close to a lot of restaurants & convenience stores

I like their warm & cold shower. Their blankets are too thin. They should consider breakfast for take-out. The staff are accommodating. Overall, it was a good experience.
