The Lookout at Summit Lake

Imagine waking up to this pristine lake view! Fabulous lake house weekend retreat! Just minutes from downtown Olympia, Summit Lake is the perfect getaway location to relax and take in all nature has to offer. Most rooms looking out towards the lake. 2 bedrooms & 2 baths, basement has a queen murphy bed for a 3rd bedroom if desired. Functional kitchen with eating bar open w/high vaulted ceilings. There's also a brand new skylights. Multiple decks w/stairs down to your own private dock known to have some pretty big fish! Such a Beautiful & Clean Water Lake; excellent for paddle board, kayak, fishing, swimming, jet ski, or boating! Come see all this home has to offer you!

The place was ultra clean and well stocked. What a view and what an incredible place for fun. This place is one of the best I’ve ever been to. The owner was super nice, the place was perfect, and the outside is spectacular!

Cell coverage was almost nonexistent. WiFi was excellent. Great dock and access to lake. The lake view from house is amazing. Would definitely stay again if there was cell coverage. Host responsive with questions I had. Plenty of space.

Lovely stay at the lake! We stayed with 6 friends and a puppy, and all had a wonderful time. The cabin is so nicely remodeled, with cute touches and an incredible hang out area by the dock and the lakeside firepit. We really appreciated access to the kayaks as well which we used everyday. We’d all come back in a heartbeat.

I Want One

Fishing, tubing, kneeboarding, wakeboarding, sunset cruising, paddling, swimming, hiking, s'mores, cards, dining out in Olympia, daytripping to Pike Place, coffee-sipping as the sun rises over the hills, reading, napping, relaxing, enjoying some time with family. Couldn't ask for more!Griffin, thank you for sharing your lakehouse with us for a week. It was a blast!

Quiet, secluded and very scenic!

Our stay overall was quite good. Parking is a bit tricky if you have more than two cars, but that is just part of what you endure as expected at a rather secluded location. There’s a LOT of stairs involved to get to the water and lower levels, so be aware! Overall we enjoyed docking our boat and fishing from the large dock, which is soacious and accomodating for multiple people at a time. We love Summit Lake!

Hip and cozy lakehouse!

Beautiful Lake House

What can I say question mark it's a lake house! The hosts were nice enough to leave us a bottle of red wine when we arrived and even though the weather wasn't great and we didn't get to spend too much of time outside there were plenty of things to do indoors. The water pressure was not perfect which is normal for a lake house but the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and amenities and necessities in the kitchen.

Family Lake Getaway

My Family stayed here for some summer fun and R & R. We greatly enjoyed swimming, fishing, kayaking and the views at the Lookout. The home was modern and clean and had everything we needed. Our favorite place was the dock where we passed most of out day. Would happily return.

Beautiful

The property is stunning. The house is amazing with huge windows overlooking the lake. The updated and beautifully decorated house had everything we needed. There is very tranquil balcony space. We all enjoyed hanging at the dock, kayaking and swimming. We had a wonderful vacation. The host went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.

Amazing view house

This property has an amazing view of the lake from all areas of the house! Would highly recommend this property. Only down fall is the driveway. It is a bit scary to come down with a van. (Just my opinion) Communication with host was great!! Comfortable beds and pillows. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Definitely want to rent again.
