"The hosts were very easy to work with and greeted us upon arrival. Everything went smooth including a mishap that needed to be communicated and dealt with. The property was exquisite and an absolute pleasure. Five stars all around."

"The villa is well located with a small shop, fresh bakery and fruit stand just steps away. There are a few restaurants on Stanici and there is a lovely beach in walking distance. A hire car is great if you want to visit the beautiful old town of Omis (where there are many restaurants, coffee shops and gift shops) also if you want to explore other beautiful beaches and the surrounding scenery more. The villa was spotlessly clean and had plenty of room over 4 floors to give everyone enough personal space. Plenty of bathrooms. The top floor kitchen opens out onto a lovely seating terrace with great sea views and sunsets. The outside area is pleasant and offers more seating. The games room, garden kitchen, snug and bathroom were lovely additions. The garden gets plenty of sunshine and the pool is superbly maintained. Our host was away during our stay but he still made sure everything was taken care of. We were greeted by a family member on arrival and Mateo's communication with us via WhatsApp was friendly, available and attentive throughout. Overall a lovely place to stay when visiting Croatia, we would definitely return."

"Best room we had over a two week holiday. Beautiful landscaping, outside patio area with flowers/garden, small swimming pool, balcony area from room, lighting at night, convenient location for market and dining. Host living on-site a definite plus. She obviously takes great pride in her role and the room/property was welcoming with great amenities, including drinks provided in kitchen fridge. We wished we could have transported this property with us for our entire time in country. Parking on site was a definite bonus. VERY steep incline road to get to room, but able to adjust to it rapidly. Our highest compliments and recommendation!"

"Das Grundstück und die Villa sind absolut hervorragend. Selbst in der Outdoorküche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und großzügig angelegt. Der Pool selbst ist auch sehr sauber. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind top sauber. Das Grundstück ist ruhig gelegen, im Poolbereich bekommt man vom Verkehr fast nichts mit. Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Der Tennisplatz ist super, auch mit Flutlicht ausgestattet. Die Angaben von der Gastgeberin stimmen alle mit den Gegebenheiten überein. Laura als unsere Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. An unserem Anreisetag war Feiertag in Kroatien und wir sind spät angekommen, Laura war so lieb, dass sie zuvor für uns einkaufen war. Wir können die Unterkunft, sowie die Gastgeberin einfach nur empfehlen und werden in Zukunft gerne wiederkommen."
