"It is a bit dingy, tight, and unkept but it is appropriate for the price. I’d stay again if I wanted to keep my accommodation low. It is really close to a subway station which is convenient. One thing to keep in mind though is that they do not watch your items if you’re only staying one night. So be sure to store your valuables in your capsule and close the blinds so that it looks you’re in your capsule."

We loved that the area was quiet and away from the crowds in Shinjuku. It was great that we were able to visit several sites and restaurants in walking distance and that the subway stop was close by. "Upon checking in, Mr. Keira at front desk was very helpful to change my room for quiet side. I was warned that the room is a little smaller than another rooms and the bathroom is unit bath. Yes, room is smaller, but it is ok. However, the bathroom is very small and not enough ventilation. Later on I noticed the door is able keep open. It’s very heavy door. In generally the room is accessible."
