Our first visit to Japan. Tokyo is a fantastic city and the Grand Hyatt is extremely well situated and convenient for public transport, sightseeing and shopping. Spotlessly clean, well maintained and the staff are outstanding. A 5 Star experience in every way. We'll be back!

Stay was great. Had problem booking tickets for the baseball game and the concierge was able to book it for us (4 people) without any hitches. Exceptional customer service, flawless rooms, and phenomenal club service.

Beautiful facility in convenient area with shopping and dinning. Close to subway stations. Room was large and comfortable for 3 of us. Pool, bath, and gym were all well maintained. I enjoyed Japanese bathhouse style hot tub in the ladies area. Airport limousines stops at the hotel so it was super convenient to get back to the airport without any extra traveling!

Grand Experience

I loved how the staff assisted me during my two stays there. I had not been to Japan in 12 years so, I needed help getting reacquainted with Tokyo and the surrounding area. I enjoyed my room. It was smaller than places in the west. However, it was clean, quiet and well maintained. The location was good and I felt safe there. There were many places to shop at and grab a bite to eat. In fact, Roppongi Hills offers high end dining to Mc Donalds. So, you could eat just about any type of food you wanted. My favorite was the Yakiniku places called Rintan which was nearby.
