And you can’t beat the proximity to the beach (you literally have to just cross a street and you’re there). Jill was also an extremely helpful and responsive host! We would absolutely stay here again.」

「The Pink House Unit B was one of the best units I have stayed using VRBO for years now. The pictures do it perfect justice. It’s a nice quaint space with a 1 min walk to beach. The unit is literally across the street from the beach which was quiet, not crowded at all. The only tiny drawback was the bathroom. The shower and toilet do need updates but don’t let that detour you one bit. Great place and location! I would rent again for sure!!!」

Could not see water from patio chairs - had to stand on toes to see because large amounts of bushes obstructed view. Grill was right next to our room so people were walking in front of our room to use it and the entry way was in a dark hidden corner right next to community bathroom and community laundry. Would have been nicer to be on 2nd floor to see the ocean and have more privacy.」

「The location of this spot can't be beat. It's two short blocks away from the beach and is about three blocks from the main strip where all of the restaurants are located. It was very convenient for our family! The property was VERY clean and also very spacious. As mentioned in some of the other reviews, the flooring in the kitchen is falling apart. Since we were already aware of this based upon the prior reviews, it didn't bother us. We were there during Spring Break, which made for a busy time...

「Clean, cute home in a charming neighborhood. We booked last minute for spring break and had a wonderful stay. My teenagers wanted to be close to friends in Siesta Key and this worked out better than expected. Less than a 15 minute drive and very little traffic. Location was excellent for walking to restaurants, boutiques, and grocery. Only amenity missing was a dishwasher. Highly recommend this stay!」

「Our studio villa was perfect for our stay. Very clean, loved the outdoor patio! Pool is heated, nice and relaxing. Having a beach wagon with umbrella and chairs was an added bonus. The villas location is excellent. short walk to the beach, restaurants and stores very close by.」

「The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal...
