“We were in town for baseball, this property changed our trip from great to amazing! Peter was extremely hospitable. The house was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The property was stunning and the view from the porch is gorgeous. We are excited to go back and stay again soon!”

“This property was perfect for me husband and me while our son played at All-Star Village. Super clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. We ended up having a storm-related power outage, and though it put a major crimp in our stay the prop manager brought over a generator so we had some AC for at least a little while. Highly recommend for 1-2 guests who want proximity to ASV for a reasonable price!”

“I stayed at Munson Manor V in August for the Cooperstown All Star Village Tournament when my son played. The place was spacious, including the two bedrooms. It was very clean and so conveniently located four minutes away. The air conditioner was cold for those hot days. The beds and couch are comfortable. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Parking was in back of the house for your convenience. They house has everything you need for the stay including plenty of towels, pots pans, and……

“The more I think about it, the more I like this place. It’s a clean and comfortable space that feels like home when you’re on the road. It’s located close to some excellent restaurants and coffee shops, and is a safe place to walk around. Having the nicely equipped kitchen and really good pillows is a definite plus. “I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! Communication……

“We stayed here while our son played in the tournament at Dreams Park in Cooperstown. It was the perfect place to stay. Would love to come again. The only thing I would ask for is a big enough bed for adults. We made the most of it and felt like we were at camp too in our separate bunk beds. :) Would love a queen size portable bed or something as an option. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, place was super clean, laundry facility on site with detergent available. GREAT place. Highly……

“Perfect spot for a Dreams Park Tournament stay. 5min to the park and 10 minutes to town. Clean and comfortable for 4 adults and 1 kid. Pool, fire pit and view were an added bonus.”

The bed and couches were comfy, I was toasty warm even though there was a Springtime snowstorm and I appreciate the countless thoughtful supplies (bananas, muffins, toiletries, so many kinds of Keurig coffee and teas). The owner was quick to answer any questions and very accomodating when I had to leave early for a pet emergency at home.I will return next time I am in the area!”
