"Lobby and front desk area was really tired rooms could use freshening up but were fairly clean "

"Upon checking into the room, we swiped our key card to reveal a filthy room. Beds unmade, dirty towels everywhere, filthy bathroom. When we brought this to the front desk's attention, they laughed it off and seemed completely unfazed. We were able to get a new room which while clean, had a bathtub that would not drain. Would not stay here again. "
