“2nd time staying there, owners friendly. Rooms clean!”

“We were very pleased with our room in the Inn portion. The cabins looked great. We would happily return and stay in either. The breakfast was great. There's access to Lake Superior. The staff had recommendations that were very helpful. Overall, just a great experience.”

“Property was as expected. Kitchen well stocked, beds were pretty comfortable. Would stay again.”

“Beautiful setting on Lake Gogebic and nice view from the room. Room was quite small, two queen beds, a tv and a table and chair were about it. Coffee pot hadn't been cleaned. Dark and quiet which was awesome. Biggest disapointment was the pizza at the lodge.”

“Cute little room. Very comfy. Beautiful on the lake sunrises. Pet friendly too.”

“The property is so private and quiet. Very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.”

“The property manager went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed!”

“We felt right at home in this house. The key pad was fussy when we first arrived, and VRBO's app did not help us reach the host...not her fault. Maybe the host could message her cell to future guests for emergencies. The house was adorable. Think cabin-y if you go...a bit of a musty smell and some uneven floors...but definitely a solid value with the well-stocked full kitchen, functional living room seating, and extremely comfortable small queen IKEA bed. Great use of space and extremely……

“Clean Cabin.”

“This pet-friendly house was the perfect place for a late-June home base for our UP adventures. Having laundry available was especially helpful after riding the dusty trails that were also muddy in spots. When we were there, the only AC was a 4,000 btu window unit in the living room. It didn't get over 70 degrees during our stay, though, so it's possible more units are added as the weather warms up. There's also a dehumidifier in the kitchen to help with humidity. This location is close to……

“Host was extremely nice. Beautiful little cabin. Would stay at again and reconmend highly!”

“We loved our stay here, such a cozy place and the back was perfect for campfire, morning walks, the hot tub, nice and simple furniture, and the moose and bear decor was adorable! Very clean and has all the amenities plus doggy supplies, we will love to come back soon!”

“I had trouble through Expedia and VRBo communicating but the host was great about texting. We had a great experience.”

“Beautiful house, property management was awesome. Loved the complimentary bottle of wine. Nice location for exploring the area.”

“This was a great place to stay while exploring Porcupine Mountains, Keweenaw Peninsula, Apostle Islands, and Lake Superior Beaches. Nice central location. Host was excellent with communication. On Thursdays, you might even get the option for homemade pasties to be delivered. House is spacious, couches are comfortable. Many items provided to ensure you can eat at the house. Loved the experience”

“Neighborhood was quiet, place was clean, bed was comfortable, and we could use the fire pit! They also had wood we could use if we didn’t bring our own firewood. Overall a great stay! Love how close we were to the porcupine mountains. Which was great after a long day of hiking. Copper harbor was about two hours north, which wasn’t too bad of a drive either since it was a scenic drive.”
