“Great host, really enjoyed our stay and plenty of room and amenities. Kernville is a great place to visit and would recommend this property if booking. PS: If I could, I would give this property 10/5 stars just for their dog, Dexter. He will greet you with his favorite ball to play fetch once you arrive.”

“The view is beautiful and perfect way to start the day. The road isn’t paved so just be advised. I grew up in this area so I was prepared, but at night it is definitely dark and steep. The house was cozy and comfortable. This is our second stay and would for sure stay again, the front porch is massive and perfect for large groups and families. Thank you for great communication and a nice quick trip.”

“Very nice property, we enjoyed our stay. I gave 4 stars because check-in communication was a bit challenging. We were coming off a grand tour and has stayed in multiple homes, and were coming through areas with little to no service.
