With two bedrooms, a sunroom, and a separate sleepout, the home comfortably sleeps 7:
• Bedroom 1: King bed
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed
• Sunroom: King single
• Sleepout: Super king bed (Queen bed can be added if required)

With extra bedding available on request to accommodate a maximum of 10.

The bach features a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and air fryer—everything you need to cook up a hearty meal after a day at work or on the water. The main lounge has air conditioning for summer comfort, while an indoor fireplace makes winter stays warm and cozy. Perfect for toasty winter evenings with a book or glass of wine. The sleepout includes a plug-in heater for added warmth.

The garage has been converted into a rumpus room providing space to spread out and interact with each other.

There’s a washing machine, clothesline, and plenty of secure space to park vehicles, boats, or work gear, all within a fully fenced section that’s perfect for both kids and pets (by request). The enclosed deck and garage area offers a sunny spot to unwind with a cold drink or a good book.
