“This was a great location in a quiet area looking over the reservoir. We saw a few different kinds of birds and also deer, and the morning sunrise from bed was beautiful. The local wineries are a stones throw away and anything else you could want is a quick drive. The host's communication was perfect and the studio unit was immaculate and carefully thought out with everything you could need. “We had an amazing stay at the condo. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bedrooms had great storage for our things and the beds were very clean. I am a very picky person and I was happy. The host Marc was by far the best host anyone could wish for when visiting a city. He communicated with us very effectively and left a variety of drinks and snacks. He even left us a card welcoming us to his place. We were in town visiting our son who is a freshman at Yale. We have traveled……

Across the street from our favorite bagel place, and near Grey Goose, our favorite local restaurant. In town to check on family, so this was a great place to stay. Gerard was extremely responsive, especially when we had a mishap with our keys- he dropped everything and helped out! Five stars!”

“Clean, lovely new 2 room apartment. Very accommodating landlord who responded to my questions quickly and efficiently. I felt safe as a single female - had my own parking spot, sensor lights outside around the property. 2 TV sets. Washer and dryer was a bonus! Kitchen was terrific. The rental is in a marginal neighborhood but the neighbors seemed fine.”

“Only stayed one night as we were passing through town. But loved this townhouse. Beautifully decorated, comfortable. Lovely little touches like noise machines in the bedrooms and canisters of Qtips in the bath. Can’t comment on the kitchen as we didn’t use it. But all was great!”

“I had a very good stay at this property while I was in CT. The apartment was clean, cute and perfect for 1 or 2 people and had very tasteful and thoughtful decorations. The host/owner was also very helpful and kind in accommodating my slightly handicapped needs.”

“We loved the apartment! It was clean and completely updated. It was in the basement but we did not mind at all because it felt like an oasis. The bathroom (especially the shower) was incredible! We felt like we were in a spa! The shower had a fancy curved wall and was so spacious. This house had a lot of finishes that you can tell the owner went the extra mile for. Getting into the place, there is a big wooden gate at the back of the driveway and it got a little stuck when we first tried the……

“Wonderful place for me, my husband, and our dog to stay while visiting our children who live in East Rock. Spacious, clean, well put together/decorated. Situated in a lovely, walkable neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I stayed at this amazing studio cottage with my girlfriend for 2 nights for her birthday. Our hosts, Liz and Adam were simply amazing. They allowed us an early check in and a late check out. Liz even brought out bicycles for us to use to tour around the neighborhood and ride along the shore line. Because it was my girlfriends birthday (or maybe they just do this), they had Prosecco and Orange Juice plus beer and cheese and other snacks for us when we arrived. The cottage is adorable, perfect……
