Interior: As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living space adorned with coastal accents and floor-to-ceiling windows offering mesmerizing views of the Gulf of Mexico. Sink into the plush sectional sofa or cozy up in the comfortable chair, perfect for unwinding after a day of sun soaked adventures.

Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen beckons with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample space to prepare delicious meals for your loved ones. Gather around the dining table with seating for six or pull up a stool at the bar to accommodate four more guests, ensuring everyone can come together for memorable meals and moments. Retreat to the master bedroom, where a luxurious king-size bed awaits, along with a cozy leather chair for quiet moments of relaxation. For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Family trip

Phoenix V 801 is a nice condo but rather small for a party of 6. Our granddaughter enjoyed the splash pad and slide. The kitchen was well stocked. Only problem we had was the tvs in bedroom were not working (couldn’t get a connection or something) and the ceiling fan in the bedroom with two beds wasn’t working).
