• The condo is decorated with an elegant beach aesthetic. It features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a full kitchen and ample living and dining areas with sparkling water views.
• The primary bedroom is large with a king-size bed, dresser, closet, Smart TV and a desk space for your laptop. The ensuite full bathroom has a large vanity and tiled shower.
• The second bedroom has a queen bed, closet and Smart TV. The second full bathroom with tiled shower can be accessed from the bedroom and hallway.
• Across the hall from the second bedroom is a built-in bunk bed, and also a full-size sofa sleeper and a twin-size sofa sleeper in the living room.
• No tiny stackable here! In-unit laundry with full-size washer and dryer is provided for your use.
• The living room features cozy furniture and the warmth and ambience of an electric fireplace for cozy nights. And, you can watch movies together or catch a game on the Smart TV with cable.

Guest access
The entire condo unit is yours to enjoy as well as a private balcony with the most amazing views! The condo can accommodate up to 8 guests. You will be sent helpful information to your email after booking, and a door code and beach access code prior to your arrival. There is an elevator to bring you up to the 9th floor, and there are carts on the first floor to load and unload your luggage and groceries. A trash chute is located on the 9th floor past the elevator for your convenience during your stay. There is private beach access for Four Winds guests near the pool, and a shower at the boardwalk to rinse the sand after visiting the beach.
Other things to note
* Clean bed linens and bath towels are provided. A starter set of toiletries will also be provided including:
- Bathrooms: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 trash bag, 1 travel size soap, travel size shampoo and conditioner;
- Kitchen: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 laundry packet, 2 dishwasher detergent packets, dish soap, 1 sponge, 2 trash bags.
Please plan accordingly for additional items you may need during your stay. It is a short drive to a variety of grocery and convenience stores.
* Cleaning fee is $200. Cleanliness is very important to us so we hire a local, family-owned, professional cleaning service.
* NO PARKING FEE for one vehicle! Parking is FREE for one vehicle (no boats/campers/RVs allowed). If a second parking pass is needed, contact Lisa to arrange payment of $50 plus tax ($55) through the Airbnb Resolution Center. Your pass will be in the unit when you arrive. Please fill out the pass with your stay dates, and hang it on your rear view mirror. You may discard it after your stay. This requirement at Four Winds keeps the property secure so that only owners and guests may use the amenities. Vehicles without a hang tag may be towed at owner expense. Thank you for your understanding.
* Bring your beach towels and beach gear. There will be chair and umbrella rentals available on the beach during peak season if you like.
* There is free WiFi available. The password is posted in the unit.
* It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance with a vendor of your choice in case you cannot travel due to illness, or in case of inclement weather, etc. and need to cancel outside of the free cancellation period.
* Pets are not allowed. This is a strict policy. Guests may not have pets in units or anywhere on the property, as per Four Winds Condominium Association rules and regulations. The association will evict guests and pet owner will be fined $250 per offense, and no refunds will be issued for unused nights. Please make boarding or other arrangements for pets.
* Smoking/vaping is not allowed in units or on balconies as per the association. This is a strict policy. Guests may smoke at the designated smoking area on the east side of building.
