Phoenix West was Wonderful

The views were stunning, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. Vivian was great to work with. This was a "girls' trip"...we vacation together at least once a year. We'll be back!

The condo was very spacious with lots of bathrooms, beautiful view of the ocean, and a massive patio. Will stay again in the future.

Beautiful Condo

The property was great and the pools where amazing. The only down side was the WiFi it was extremely slow but didn’t need it much and kept some family from having to work so a win overall.

VERY Nice home away from home !!!

This unit was perfect! Very spacious, all the bedrooms have their own bath and kitchen was big enough to move around in without running on top of one another. Unit was very clean and well maintained. Parking garage on same floor is very convenient. Then there's the balcony......it was huge and fabulous!!!

Great Condo!

The condo is huge! Very comfortable for 8 people. Gorgeous view from the massive patio which had a nice breeze blowing in the evening so you could sit out and look over the ocean without sweating. Parking is ample and spacious. Good location overall that's just a few minutes drive from anything you'd want to do/see. Would absolutely come back. P.S. the ice machine in our unit was a huge bonus.

Sunrise/Sunset

This spacious, beautifully decorated unit was perfect for our family. Even though the weather was VERY chilly( it was January) the view from two walls of glass doors onto the balcony was amazing. The convenience of the fifth floor location and parking on same level was a huge plus. The grandchildren enjoyed the indoor pool. The Back Country trails of the nearby State Park provided a great off beach activity. All agreed the stay will be an annual winter trip.

Phoenix West II

We have stayed at this property before. It is a nice place for families with young children. This particular condo is very spacious and roomy. It was nice overall. The only downfalls I can think of were the ice machine in the bar area was very moldy when you looked up in the top of the unit. The only other negative thing is it could use some more kitchen items. specifcally pots and pans. I would stay there again though.

Great luxury condo...but the carpets!

If you can look past the filthy carpets in the bedrooms this place is amazing. As a host myself I don't under why the owners/operator would let this beautiful luxury condo be held back for something as basic as carpet. Its such a quick and easy fix. Everything else in the unit is perfectly clean, and in overall good condition. The views out the windows in the living/dinning room space and the massive patio are perfect. Loved staying here with the one exception.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores for years and years. This is by far the BEST unit we have ever stayed in. It's beautiful, so spacious, and gorgeous views. The kids loved the beach, but the indoor pool, water slide, and lazy river were fantastic. Our family has this bookmarked to return too again. All the best were so comfortable, every room having a bathroom is wonderful. Double shower heads in both master baths and plenty of hot water for all. We relaxed and enjoyed our stay here so very much. The pictures do not do the unit justice. You will not regret staying here—plenty of room for everyone to feel like they have room to spread out. Do not pass up on an opening on this unit!

Fantastic 5th floor condo directly on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Orange Beach for several years and have stayed in Phoenix West the past two years. Phoenix West is by far one of the nicest condo complexes in Orange Beach. It offers so many amenities such as covered parking ramp, lazy river/children’s slide, indoor and outdoor pool and large fitness room. This condo is by far the largest and nicest we have ever stayed in. It is beautifully decorated with a large well equipped kitchen and large dining area. All of the furniture was very comfortable with plenty of seating. Four large bedrooms ,two walk in showers and large closets were wonderful. Orange Beach has many fine restaurants and shopping centers as well as fantastic walking/biking trails. Jackie and Kelly were great to work with in providing all the info we needed for our stay. We had one minor issue and they promptly took care of it. We are already working with them for next year.

Very roomy

Very spacious unit. Covered parking near the unit (from the east end of the deck). Super nice view from the balcony. Only downsides: 1) Master bedroom is not ocean front, 2) Limited supply of towels (second day there we had to do laundry). Would definitely consider going back.

The best place to stay!

I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. It was absolutely beautiful. Location was great and the wave pool was great and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Just a beautiful place to stay we will definitely book next year for the same unit or something close to what we got. Loved everything about it!

Wonderful Stay

Perfect location for a sister's trip. The unit was clean and just as described. When we had a problem with one of the coffee makers, the management company had a new one delivered to us within hours. The property is beautiful. We were able to walk the beach in the morning, float in the lazy river or explore Orange Beach/Gulf Shores in the afternoon. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area in the future.

September Fun

Think this is the 3rd year we stay in this unit. We like it. Spacious for 8 adults. When we arrived dishwasher had water in it. We did not use dishwasher at all. Also when we arrived 2 of the swivel chairs on the balcony were not working. Had to be propped up by wall in order not to tip back. Thankfully there were enough chairs to accommodate us. Overall enjoyed our stay.

My grandchildren love the Phoenix. We have stayed there before in another unit. Unfortunately, the coffee pot did not work and the floors were filthy. The location was great. Whoever is in charge of upkeep on this unit needs to be changed. Overall, we had a great time.

Great place to stay but needs at little upkeep

Loved this unit! Very comfortable! Only complaints are (1) some chipped paint on some corners, and, I can't make this one strong enough, (2) the carpets in the bedrooms need to be replaced with new carpet or given a deep, deep, cleaning (lots of stains).

Orange Beach condo.

Upon arriving and seeing bedrooms, the beds were not as advertised on the site. I saw 2 kings and 2 queens. We had 1 king, 1 queen and 2 fulls. Carpets were really stained. Shower curtain in one of the guest bedrooms fell but was repaired after calls made. We really enjoy stay.

Great location...Beautiful view !

Loved the condo. The only reason for scoring down on cleanliness is the carpets in all of the bedrooms were very dirty, the icemaker was moldy at the top. Response from the owner was good in cleaning the icemaker; however, the dirty carpet couldn't be addressed while we were in occupancy. Overall a great experience and would stay there again.
