This Orange Beach condo rental is the Gulf Coast’s premier property and features private balcony access from the living area and master bedroom. Relax and soak in the amazing view from your private hot tub located on the balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf. This spacious balcony also is equipped with a gas grill.

The master suite features a King bed, a large master bath, and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a King-sized bed, flat screen TV, Blue Ray & DVD player, and a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub. The third bedroom also has 2 Full beds, flat-screen TV, Blue Ray & DVD player, and a private bath with a tiled walk-in shower. There is also a Sleeper Sofa in the family room. This unit will accommodate up to 10 guests.

The unit also features a fully-equipped kitchen including granite countertops, a sub-zero refrigerator, and a wine cooler.

Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

Turquoise Place offers endless amenities that include multiple indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, a sauna, a steam room, 2 indoor hot tubs, tennis courts, and an exercise room. There is a poolside snack bar that is open seasonally. Wireless internet is provided.

PARKING PASSES
With your Turquoise Place reservation with Liquid Life, you are charged for two parking passes when you book your stay. A maximum of two parking passes is allowed for your reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
