I would not hesitate to book this room again. I learned the hard way this room is cheaper if you reserve through itrip.net. Love the area . Great for kids of all ages.

Our first time in Orange Beach, but won’t be our last. We are SOLD! This condo is immaculate and in a very quiet area. The assigned parking made it very convenient, the property is very well maintained, and the layout of the condo was plenty of space. We love that it is not crowded sincere there are only 4 floors of rooms.

This property was as advertised. We will book here again and have already recommended it to friends and family. Very clean. kitchen stocked with utensils, cookware and bakeware. Very convenient. CLOSE private beach access. We were on the beach everyday and not once was it crowded. Outdoor grilling area was convenient and well kept as well.

The condo was clean& loved the decor! Views were amazing. Elevator was located super close. Elevator was a little sketchy. There was a work crew renovating the condo above us and got woken up bright and early at 7 something in the morning to banging, drilling and sawing

The place was beautiful and cozy. We had a great view of the pool and ocean. This units parking was close to the elevator as was our room. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Wasnt too crowded so we could relax on the beach

This was our second time staying at Marlin Key 3C. We absolutely love this condo and this unit. It is so close to the beach and the beach is not crowded. Love how all of the rooms are set up. It is just completely perfect for our family!

Our recent stay at Marlin Key 3c was wonderful! We had plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 toddlers. There was no Keurig Coffee Maker as advertised, called itrip and they brought us a new one that same day, very impressed with their service!!

Friends and Family weekend Getaway

This condo was perfect for our multi family getaway. Early check in was available, location was amazing, and the view was breathtaking! We all felt at home and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! My only suggestion would be to change out the bath towels— they’re just too small.

Absolutely perfect!

First of all, this condo is beautiful! It is very spacious! I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The view from the master bedroom is just perfection! The property is well-maintained. I felt very comfortable allowing my teens a little freedom, because the property felt very family friendly and safe. The walk out to the beach was short, and the beach was not crowded. This is our new favorite place to stay!
