All living room and dining room furniture less than 2 years old. Cook all you want in the fully equipped kitchen, with updated stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. Dining table seats four and has two matching bar stools at the breakfast bar. You will want to be on the balcony a lot, enjoying the beautiful view of Alabama Point and the pass. You can enjoy the boats as they come in from open seas. Balcony has new polyword patio furniture to sit and have snacks and drinks while you contemplate the white sands of the beach and the blue waters of the Gulf. Your master bedroom suite offers a king size bed, flat screen television, access to the balcony, and a private bathroom with one sink, an extended vanity counter and a new walk-in glass shower. Unit was furnished with new mattresses for all three beds in 2021. Second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a full-size bed and a flat screen television which adjoins its own private full bathroom with tiled walls, a sink, vanity counter, and a tub-shower combination.
