Welcome to Phoenix Orange Beach Unit 1906, a beautifully decorated four-bedroom, three-bath condo that accommodates up to 12 guests. This spacious corner unit boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, flooding the living and dining areas with natural light and offering stunning views of the Gulf of America.

Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom, a king bed in the second bedroom, and two queen-size beds in both the third and fourth bedrooms. The master bedroom features private balcony access, a luxurious en suite bathroom with a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms also showcase floor-to-ceiling windows with breathtaking Gulf views and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub-shower combination. The fourth bedroom includes a private walk-in shower, accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, seating for eight at the dining table, and four additional barstools at the breakfast bar. A separate bar area includes a sink and ice maker, making entertaining a breeze. The living room features a large sectional sofa, a cozy electric fireplace, and a flatscreen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Flatscreen TVs are also provided in each bedroom for your convenience.

Step outside to the expansive corner balcony, where you’ll find ample seating for everyone to soak in the spectacular Gulf views. Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

We loved this beautiful condo. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us, especially loved the adequate seating in the living room. Location is great too! Only downside was the fireplace was not working. We will be back!
