The Pass 501 - Large Condo Overlooking Islands

Commercial ice maker inside of the condo

This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury condo. Overlooking The Perdido Pass and the beautiful islands of Orange Beach. Amenities at The Pass include: Outdoor pool, indoor pool, marina, tiki hut, BBQ area, and a sandy beach on the bay! This condo is right across the street from the famous Gulf Restaurant and is less than a mile from public beaches! The spacious floor plan allows for sleeping up to 10 guests and the condo is wonderfully decorated. Pride in ownership shows throughout this immaculate unit. Granite countertops and tile flooring throughout. The large wraparound balcony of this corner unit is massive and has gorgeous panoramic views of the waterways of Orange Beach. The area is great for fishing and we have provided a commercial ice maker inside of the condo. Whether you are here to fish, relax in the sun, or experience all that Orange Beach has to offer - The Pass is the place for you! 7 Night minium for all bookings. 25+ to rent We prefer Saturday to Saturday rentals. No Pets Allowed.

No boat trailers, RV’s, construction trailers, u-hauls, or any other type of trailer or oversized vehicles are allowed in the outside parking spaces.

If you want to bring a boat, the trailer will have to be stored off site. You can rent a daily / weekly parking sport from Gulf Coast Rental Co. ALL Boat Slips are owned privately. There are NO first come/first serve slips. You may pull up on the far side of the beach on the west side of the BBQ area to anchor but please be mindful of the swimming area and children playing in the beach area nearest to the docks.

Parking: Each condo gets two parking passes, if you need more parking you can rent a spot from Gulf Coast Rentals or Premium parking.

We gave this condo 5 stars because the pros far outweigh the cons. Just super comfortable! Even our family enjoyed it when they came.The cons:The toaster oven bottom burner doesn't come on. Better to have a real toaster. We bought a cheap one.The sectional is really worn. The other chair in the living room is huge and super uncomfortable. Poor lighting in the living room too. Cleaners don't clean under the beds or move the furniture in the living room. A little gross.But all in all, this place is really nice. We will be staying again. Tha ks!

Family vacation

Had our daughter with her husband and our grand-baby come down from Nashville We came in from New Orleans and my brother in law from San Antonio. Condo checked all the boxes. Boats,beach, shops, and restaurants. Something for all. We want to go back.

Absolutely wonderful!

Our family had a fantastic spring break at this amazing place. The views were stunning. We could sit on the very large balcony for hours watching all the activity on the bay. We rode our bikes to the state park and enjoyed the beauty of the park.

This condo is absolutely at the top of the scale for a great vacation site. It is well stock with every thing you will need to have a great vacation. Walk in with your clothes, food and personal items then prepare for a beautiful view from your balcony.

Living room tv was so old it was hard to see clearly, had black spots in tube....master room tv wouldn’t work(had to call rental company) refrigerator was hit, freezer wouldn’t freeze.....outside patio furniture was very uncomfortable....first bedroom was hot, had to buy a fan to stay cool

This location was perfect for our family vacation. The Pass is a great location and the condo and property were immaculate. We hope to make this a regular vacation spot in the future. The property manager and the entire staff were all great as well.

Brothers/Sisters Getaway

There are only 2 reasons this received a 4 star instead of a 5. I will get to that later. The condo was absolutely beautiful. Very large, spacious with everything you could possibly need. It was extremely tastefully decorated. It was beachy without being overdone with the beach theme. My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed in many condos. I have to say as far as cleanliness goes this was the cleanest we have ever stayed at. We looked at two condos there with a real estate agent when we were there in Jan. We plan to purchase in that area. We were not sure how we would feel not be being on the beachside. I have to say it was very relaxing and always busy with boats coming and going and seeing dolphins every day. We ran into several owners there and they were all really nice and friendly. Really could not ask for more. Now for the 2 things that we thought could use some improvement. The TVs in all the bedrooms were great and plenty large. My husband and I never watch TV in bed. When we are on vacation we never watch TV except for the news. The large TV in the living room needs to be upgraded. The screen had white spots and some brown spots that did not make for a very good pic. Twice during watching the news the TV just turned off. The second thing is we always book a condo based on the balcony furniture. My husband especially spends most of his time there. We all do. I try to find a condo that has a high table with chairs because that is what we prefer, so when I saw this one had 2 sets I was excited. The were wooden with cushions so we assumed they would be comfortable but they actually were not. Some were a little shaky and after sitting in them a while they were not comfortable at all. The 2 smaller wicker chairs were really comfy and we had brought a couple of chairs with us. But other than those 2 things no one could ask for more in a condo. Exceptional!! And the beds were also really comfortable too. I would highly recommend it. Beautiful sunsets too!
